This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Advisor at ICEA LION Group. As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for providing financial planning and advisory services to potential clients. This includes retirement planning, investment advice, and personalized financial strategies. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and develop customized plans to help them achieve those goals. While the role is primarily based in Nairobi County, Kenya, there is flexibility for some remote work.

Financial Planning and Finance skills

Retirement Planning and Investments expertise

KCSE certificate with a mean grade of C and at least a C- in English and Mathematics.

Ability to provide comprehensive Financial Advisory services, Self driven,ambitious and ability to meet set targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Aggressive and result oriented.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

High level of professionalism and integrity

Prior experience in the financial services industry is beneficial

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a Diploma in related fields.

Must be able to work with minimal supervision as the position affords flexible working hours.

NB. Remuneration is commission based with added incentives to highly productive Financial Advisors, Including Fully paid International trips.
